The course is divided into two parts:
1. Theoretical introduction, where these topics are analyzed:
- some issues of Business Ethics;
- a model that identifies the ethical components of entrepreneurial governance;
- theoretical contributions to business ethics and entrepreneurial and managerial ethics.
2. Operational part (prevalent), which consists of a classroom PowerPoint presentation of a film with an entrepreneurial-managerial or economic theme, interpreting its ethical issues.

Teaching Methods
Lectures during which the course topics are covered to enable students to have the necessary knowledge to be able to analyze 2 films with an entrepreneurial-managerial or economic theme from an ethical perspective.
Each student will be required to make a PowerPoint and present it in the classroom. This presentation will form part of the exam, which will be supplemented by a concluding oral test.
