1) Evolution of business data management: from database to BI to data mining.
2) What is BI for business decision support?
3) Data source: from corporate data to big data.
4) Data retrieval and preparation for analysis (business data, questionnaire data, databases, online data, etc.).
5) Analysis of business data (excel tables) and online data analysis (e.g. google trends, google ngram, social media, etc.).
